Job Summary
Welcome customers with a warm greeting, model service standards, and provide assistance with product styles and benefits. Become a product and brand expert to help families navigate every moment from preemie to size 14. Lead and execute an assigned business focus area through planning, while performing Leader on Duty supervisor responsibilities by driving results and responding to customer concerns timely. Utilize customer feedback to identify opportunities, build loyalty through sponsored programs, and raise performance concerns to the Store Manager. Support the team with asset protection, safety awareness, and operational controls. This part-time role requires availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays, with a competitive hourly rate of $19.75–$23.75.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED
- You can: Lift 40 pounds as needed, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling
- You can: Stand or walk for extended periods of time; climb up and down a ladder
- Provide availability that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
