Greet customers with a warm welcome and act as the brand's first face by introducing new baby essentials and assisting families through their parenting journey. Model service standards and omni-channel experiences while coaching the team on product styles, features, and benefits. Execute an assigned business focus area through detailed planning, lead on duty supervisor responsibilities, and utilize customer feedback to drive results and build loyalty via sponsored programs. Provide consistent, in-the-moment feedback to the store team and raise performance concerns to the Store Manager. Recognize exceptional performance through positive reinforcement and support asset protection through consistent customer service, safety awareness, and operational controls.
