Job Summary
Greet customers warmly and act as the first face of the brand, introducing new baby essentials and guiding families from preemie to size 14. Model service standards and omni-channel experiences while coaching the team on product styles, features, and benefits. Execute assigned business focus areas through detailed planning, lead on duty supervisor responsibilities, and utilize customer feedback to drive results and build loyalty. Respond to customer concerns timely, raise performance concerns to the Store Manager, and support asset protection through safety awareness and operational controls. Maintain a genuine customer focus and foster a positive, inclusive environment for employees and shoppers.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED
- You can: Lift 40 pounds as needed, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling
- You can: Stand or walk for extended periods of time; climb up and down a ladder
- Provide availability that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
