Job Summary
Welcome customers with a warm greeting, model service standards, and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits to help families navigate every moment. Lead and execute an assigned business focus area through planning, perform Leader on Duty supervisor responsibilities, and drive results by responding to customer concerns timely. Utilize customer feedback to identify opportunities, build loyalty through sponsored programs, and coach the team on performance and asset protection. Maintain a genuine customer focus while fostering a positive, safe, and inclusive environment.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED
- You can: Lift 40 pounds as needed, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling
- You can: Stand or walk for extended periods of time; climb up and down a ladder
- Provide availability that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
