Welcome customers with a warm greeting, model service standards, and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits. Lead and execute an assigned business focus area through planning, drive results, and respond to customer concerns with appropriate resolution. Perform leader on duty supervisor responsibilities by coaching the team, utilizing feedback to identify opportunities, and recognizing exceptional performance through positive reinforcement. Support store team with asset protection, safety awareness, and operational controls while fostering a positive, safe, and inclusive environment. Maintain a genuine customer focus and provide consistent, in-the-moment feedback to raise performance concerns to the Store Manager.
