Job Summary
Welcome customers with a warm greeting, model service standards, and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits. Lead an assigned business focus area through planning, execute Leader on Duty supervisor responsibilities, and drive results by responding to customer concerns timely. Coach the store team on omni-channel experiences, utilize feedback to identify opportunities, and recognize exceptional performance through positive reinforcement. Maintain asset protection through consistent safety awareness and operational controls while fostering an inclusive environment. This part-time role requires availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays, with compensation ranging from $19.25 to $23.25 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED
- You can: Lift 40 pounds as needed, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling
- You can: Stand or walk for extended periods of time
- You can: Climb up and down a ladder
- Provide availability that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
