Job Summary
Conduct daily front-of-house sales by greeting customers, introducing new baby essentials, and assisting families with product styles and benefits. Lead assigned business areas through planning, execute Leader on Duty supervision, and drive results by responding to customer concerns and implementing feedback. Coach the store team on service standards, model omni-channel experience, and support asset protection through safety awareness and operational controls. Maintain a genuine customer focus while fostering an inclusive environment and recognizing exceptional performance. Requires availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED
- You can: Lift 40 pounds as needed, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling
- You can: Stand or walk for extended periods of time; climb up and down a ladder
- Provide availability that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
