Job Summary
Welcome customers with a warm greeting, model service standards, and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits. Lead and execute an assigned business focus area through planning, drive results, and respond to customer concerns timely. Perform Leader on Duty supervisor responsibilities, including coaching others to success, utilizing feedback to identify opportunities, and building customer loyalty through sponsored programs. Provide consistent, in-the-moment feedback to the store team, raise performance concerns to the Store Manager, and support Asset Protection through safety awareness and operational controls. Maintain a genuine customer focus while fostering a positive, safe, and inclusive environment.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED
- You can: Lift 40 pounds as needed, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling
- You can: Stand or walk for extended periods of time; climb up and down a ladder
- Provide availability that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
