Job Summary
Conduct daily sales floor operations by greeting customers, assisting with product styles and benefits, and modeling service standards. Lead an assigned business focus area through planning, execute leader on duty supervisor responsibilities, and drive results while responding to customer concerns. Coach the store team on performance, utilize feedback to identify opportunities, and support asset protection through safety awareness and operational controls. Foster a positive, inclusive environment while maintaining accurate records and utilizing technology for daily tasks. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling to balance work and personal life, with competitive hourly pay ranging from $19.25 to $23.25.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED
- You can: Lift 40 pounds as needed, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling
- You can: Stand or walk for extended periods of time; climb up and down a ladder
- Provide availability that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
