Job Summary
Sales Manager leads the club’s sales culture and performance hands-on: coaching a team of Fitness Consultants, owning the full sales cycle from tours to close, recruiting talent, planning sales events, and using data to drive strategy. You’ll set goals, coach for high performance, ensure front-desk and proshop excellence, and partner with the Club Manager to align on strategy and growth. The role requires a proven sales leadership track record, strong communication and coaching skills, a data-driven mindset, and a passion for fitness. The position offers base pay with monthly bonuses, 40–45 hour weeks (evenings/weekends), and a clear pathway to advanced leadership roles within the MIT program.
