Job Summary
Sales Manager role leading store staff, recruiting and training to achieve sales goals, coaching and mentoring sales associates, scheduling and assigning tasks, monitoring expenses to meet financial objectives, ensuring store compliance with legal requirements, maintaining store presentation and inventory readiness, building customer loyalty, fostering a positive team environment, and analyzing daily sales to maximize profits while providing timely resolution of customer concerns.
