Job Summary
Lead and inspire a team to prioritize outstanding customer service and achieve performance targets by supporting store management across all product areas, back of house, and running the store when needed. Manage the team to deliver amazing service and accurate stock processes in a commercial, operationally efficient, safe, and target-driven environment. Demonstrate a hands-on approach for all commercial and operational activities by working alongside the team to ensure communication remains up-to-date and accurate. Create an atmosphere where supporting, motivating, and inspiring your team to be at their best is at the core of everything you do. This role involves a varied, fast-paced schedule including shifts from Sunday 11:00-15:00, Thursday 08:45-17:00, and Saturday 14:15-17:30, totaling 15 hours per week. Flexible working options are available.
