Job Summary
Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline for Teads' unified omnichannel advertising platform, prospecting and expanding a dedicated portfolio of agency and advertiser accounts across Poland. Advocate the brand by educating partners on branding and performance formats, proactively mapping the local digital landscape to identify untapped opportunities, and delivering consistent results against quarterly and annual revenue targets. Cultivate long-term partnerships with key decision-makers while collaborating closely with internal Client Services and Ad Operations teams to ensure flawless campaign delivery. This 12-month fixed-term role requires native-level Polish and high-level English, with a right to work in Poland without sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of digital media sales experience
- ideally selling digital advertising space, media plans, or ad tech solutions
- Solid understanding of branding, performance marketing, and the programmatic advertising ecosystem
- Good in-depth understanding of the Polish digital media landscape
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Native-level Polish
- a high level of English (written and spoken)
- A driven, entrepreneurial, and passionate team-player attitude
- a strong desire to work in a fast-paced scale-up environment
- Right to work in Poland without requiring future visa sponsorship
- 12-month fixed-term contract
Desired Qualifications
- Prior commercial experience working within a technology platform or SaaS-based ad tech environment
- Established personal network or existing relationships with media agencies (such as GroupM, Publicis, Omnicom, IPG) and direct brands in Poland
- experience demonstrating how branding and performance work together to drive full-funnel outcomes
- active participation in local industry events (e.g., IAB Poland)
- passion for teaching programmatic strategies
