Job Summary
Coach reps daily in the field, onboard new sales representatives, and run focused daily meetings to maintain team momentum. Conduct ride-alongs to support live deals, track performance metrics to identify slipping targets, and act quickly on corrections. Hit sales targets while developing the next generation of leaders and partner with regional leadership on market growth strategies. Manage a door-to-door team selling Internet, Mobility, TV, and Home Phone services across Ottawa. Requires a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
Required Qualifications
- Prior leadership experience in sales, ideally door to door
- A proven ability to motivate a team through slow days and strong ones
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- A genuine interest in developing people, not just hitting a number
