Job Summary
Manage the lead funnel by following up with prospects, booking first-time guest classes, and delivering exceptional onboarding experiences based on Group Fitness Coaches' prescriptions. Meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators by generating leads, booking appointments, and driving membership and pack sales. Answer member questions, navigate concerns, and maintain brand compliance while keeping the front desk organized. Welcome members by name, track accurate class attendance, and create memorable moments through celebrating milestones. Stay informed on studio happenings, promotions, and corporate initiatives. Work independently to contribute to studio success, assist with studio cleanliness, and maintain a welcoming space for all guests.
Required Qualifications
- CPR/AED Certified
- Must possess a growth mindset and have a passion for helping others
- Possess a strong work ethic, operate with integrity and maintain a professional demeanor
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage member questions or concerns
- Must be CPR certified or willing to obtain CPR certification within 30 days of hire
Desired Qualifications
- 2 years customer service experience preferred
- 1-3 years sales experience preferred
