Sales Manager

Sales Manager sought to drive memberships for Orangetheory Fitness by leading lead outreach, converting prospects, and delivering exceptional customer journeys. Responsibilities include greeting prospective members with energy, conducting studio tours, selling memberships to meet monthly goals, following up with leads, participating in marketing/outreach initiatives, collaborating with the manager to hit KPI targets, and cross-training with the Operations Manager to assist with studio facilities. Must possess strong sales and communication skills, attention to detail, the ability to build relationships with both prospective and existing members, and the capacity to multi-task with minimal supervision. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years of sales experience (fitness preferred).
