Job Summary
Manage the lead funnel by following up with interested prospects, booking their first class, and delivering an exceptional first-time guest experience based on Group Fitness Coaches' prescriptions. Meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators by generating leads, booking appointments, and driving membership and pack sales. Answer member questions promptly, navigate concerns, and maintain brand compliance through strict adherence to OTF systems and procedures. Welcome members by name, track accurate class attendance, and create memorable moments by celebrating milestones and personal records. Keep the front desk organized, assist with studio cleanliness, and stay informed on all studio happenings including promotions and corporate initiatives. Work independently to contribute to the studio's overall success while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Required Qualifications
- CPR/AED Certified
