Job Summary
Conduct high-focus lead outreach, conversion, and generation while greeting every studio entrant with enthusiasm. Deliver studio tours and sell memberships to help the studio thrive and meet monthly goals. Follow up with prospective members and handle member concerns professionally to ensure resolution. Participate in marketing and outreach events, work with managers to hit monthly KPIs, and cross-train with the Operations Manager on facility issues like maintenance and cleanliness.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of sales experience
