Job Summary
Sales Manager responsible for leading a retail optical team, coaching associates, and partnering with Clinical services and Lab staff to drive sales performance. Acts as Manager on duty when needed, supports talent acquisition and development, analyzes performance data to meet goals, ensures customer service excellence, maintains lab production standards, and coordinates with the Support Center and Human Resources. Requires ability to lead, train, and motivate a team, implement sales strategies, communicate effectively with diverse groups, and uphold brand standards while delivering timely eyeglasses and repairs.
Required Qualifications
- Leadership ability with at least one year of experience in a fast paced retail environment
- Experience planning and implementing sales strategies, and directing a sales team
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment
- Skills to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people
- High school diploma or equivalent required
