Job Summary
Sales Manager – Enterprise leads a high-performing enterprise sales team to drive revenue growth, build enduring customer relationships, and deliver exceptional customer experiences across One New Zealand’s Enterprise business. Responsibilities include coaching and developing the team, setting clear quarterly objectives, driving financial outcomes, nurturing long-term customer partnerships, and attracting and retaining top talent. The role emphasizes building a customer-obsessed culture, performance reviews, strategic planning, and delivering measurable outcomes. Qualifications highlight proven leadership, strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, experience in B2B and complex solution selling, CRM proficiency, and experience in connectivity/ICT domains. - Proven experience leading teams to deliver strong results with empathetic, flexible, and supportive leadership

- Experience with core product sets across connectivity and ICT
- Rational decision maker able to navigate complexity under pressure
- Strong planning, prioritising, and project monitoring
- Background in B2B and complex solution selling in longer sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Telecommunications industry experience is advantageous but not essential, transferable skills valued
- Comfortable using CRM systems to track activity, manage pipelines, and generate insights
