Job Summary
Drive daily sales activity, manage key B2B accounts, and build lasting relationships to help the branch hit targets. Maintain the sales pipeline, track activity levels and forecasts, and identify opportunities to grow existing accounts or bring in new business. Support and develop the sales team through regular coaching, gradually taking on more responsibility for team structure and performance. Keep CRM systems up to date with accurate, timely information and work with operations to ensure customers receive excellent service. Play an active role in improving sales processes and overall performance as you progress toward a Branch Manager position within 4–5 years.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a B2B sales environment (internal or external)
- A proven track record of building and growing customer relationships
- Strong commercial awareness with a focus on results
- Excellent communication and relationship‐building skills
- Genuine ambition to progress into a leadership role
Desired Qualifications
- Experience mentoring, coaching, or supporting others
- Background in manufacturing, distribution, or a trade‐focused environment
- Exposure to branch operations or similar commercial settings
