Job Summary

Sales Manager onsite in Kansas City responsible for driving qualified pipeline and new customer acquisition for WarehouseQuote’s warehousing and fulfillment solutions. A player-coach role focused on full-funnel sales execution—from qualifying inbound opportunities and outbound prospecting to discovery, proposal support, negotiation, and closing. The role requires consultative selling to understand a prospect’s warehousing, fulfillment, distribution, and supply chain needs, and to coordinate with pricing, operations, and implementation teams. Key activities include building and managing a pipeline of prospective customers, qualifying leads, developing target accounts, delivering virtual and onsite presentations, maintaining CRM hygiene, and collaborating with marketing and leadership to optimize messaging, campaigns, and follow-up. The candidate should be highly self-motivated, organized, metrics-driven, and capable of owning both prospecting activity and opportunity progression. The position emphasizes relationship-building with operations, logistics, supply chain, and executive stakeholders, along with consistent follow-through and the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously. Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience in logistics, warehousing, fulfillment, supply chain, transportation, 3PL, SaaS-enabled services, or related field
  • Experience owning outbound prospecting and pipeline generation
  • Experience qualifying inbound leads and converting them into opportunities
  • Proven ability to manage a full-funnel sales process from lead qualification through close
  • Experience presenting a business solution to leadership-level stakeholders
  • Strong CRM experience including updating opportunities and pipeline reporting
