Lead and develop a Nordic SaaS sales team (Account Executives and Account Managers) focused on Mid-Market and Enterprise, driving added ARR, cross-sell, and retention while implementing company-wide sales methodologies. Drive a 3–5 year growth strategy with regional leadership, coach with intent through regular 1:1s, and embed a scalable playbook for upmarket success. The role requires leadership experience (3+ years) with proven success in the Nordics, enterprise sales fluency, a coaching mindset, and an inclusive leadership style that fosters high performance in a fast-paced, ownership-driven environment. Location-based remote work is available, with London, UK as a named location among regional operations.
