Job Summary
Sales Leader responsible for building and guiding a regional EMEA sales team focused on Claude adoption across nonprofit and education sectors. Drive complex, multi-stakeholder deals with mission-driven organizations (INGOs, foundations, educational institutions, social enterprises) and align with global strategy. Role blends hands-on deal closing with team-building, setting strategy, hiring priorities, and scalable processes. Engage with diverse stakeholders, educate customers about Anthropic's Claude, navigate EU/UK regulatory contexts, and ensure data protection considerations (GDPR/UK GDPR) while scaling revenue and contributing to product roadmap through regional feedback. London-based with travel across EMEA and quarterly visits to SF; requires 8+ years in B2B nonprofit/education tech sales, leadership experience, and a Bachelor’s degree. Fluency in English; French and other European languages a plus. Visa sponsorship is available; local policy requires some in-office presence.
