Job Summary

Lead and grow sales across Australia, New Zealand, Pacific Islands, and Papua New Guinea; own end-to-end NZ market and drive bookings, revenue, and profit targets. Manage existing relationships and develop new business opportunities in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment. Build and maintain government and key customer relationships; manage the full sales lifecycle from opportunity identification to order fulfilment using CRM and SAP. Collaborate cross-functionally with Programmes, Service, Finance, and Legal; contribute to sales and operational reviews; report on pipeline and quotations. Requires proven B2B or B2G sales experience, 7–12 years in complex environments, experience with large accounts, and a 40% focus on new business development; product-led industries experience (industrial, equipment, manufacturing) preferred; proficient in CRM and pipeline tools; willingness to travel across AU/NZ.
