Job Summary
Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales representatives within the regional office while maintaining an individual sales quota and actively managing a personal pipeline. Set clear performance expectations, monitor progress against sales targets and KPIs, and conduct regular one-on-one coaching, performance reviews, and development planning. Address performance issues proactively with improvement plans where needed. Partner with sales reps on strategic deals to drive win rates and revenue growth, ensuring consistent execution of sales processes and methodologies. Work closely with marketing, sales enablement, Operations/SIOP teams, and other leadership to drive regional growth and provide an excellent customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of sales experience, with 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role
- Proven success in both individual sales performance and team leadership
- Strong experience with performance management, coaching, and employee development
- Demonstrated ability to manage both personal and team sales pipelines
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and cost-control measures
- Analyze financial and operational reports to track performance and implement corrective actions
- Drive profitability through operational efficiency and waste reduction
- Manage a team of sales representatives
- Approximately 25% of time travel
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
