Job Summary
Conduct active new customer acquisition using qualified leads to build relationships and drive sustainable revenue growth. Sell complex security solutions by developing individual security concepts and performing risk analyses in collaboration with marketing and technical units. Manage and structure a reliable sales pipeline from opportunity development to contract closure while meeting ambitious growth and sales targets. Execute cross-selling and up-selling strategies, conduct price negotiations, and perform offer calculations. Oversee pipeline and forecast management, maintain CRM systems, and analyze market and competitor trends through networking at industry events. Generate reports for internal stakeholders to refine sales activities.
Required Qualifications
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im aktiven B2B-Vertrieb, Business Development oder Solution Sales mit Fokus auf Neukundengewinnung, Lead-Conversion und Closing
- Erfahrung im eigenständigen Aufbau und Management einer Sales Pipeline sowie der Entwicklung von Verkaufschancen bis zum erfolgreichen Vertragsabschluss
- Fähigkeit, komplexe und erklärungsbedürftige Lösungen zu verstehen und überzeugend zu verkaufen
- Souveränes Auftreten sowie Verhandlungssicherheit auf Entscheider-Ebene
- Ausgeprägte Abschlussorientierung und die Fähigkeit, Kundenbedarfe in konkrete Geschäftsmöglichkeiten zu überführen
- Strukturierte, KPI-getriebene Arbeitsweise sowie sicherer Umgang mit CRM-Systemen (z. B. Salesforce) und Analysetools
- Hohe Eigenmotivation, Eigenverantwortung und Hands-on-Mentalität im Vertrieb
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie Reisebereitschaft
