Job Summary
Increase acquisition of target clientele across mortgage and loan against property segments. Drive new business acquisition through open market and build/strengthen a network of direct sales agencies (DSAs) in the market, with strong DSA management and empanelment. Must possess in-depth knowledge of product and policy, strong communication and negotiation skills, and awareness of market competition to inform strategy and push growth. Training and development and a collaborative culture are provided to help career progression.
