Job Summary
Sales Manager – Mortgage position in Chennai focusing on new business acquisition through open market for mortgage and loan against property, building and managing a network of DSAs (minimum 10) with regular file discussions. Requires in-depth product/policy knowledge, strong communication and negotiation abilities, market awareness, and experience in DSA management and empanelment. The role includes coaching, support from experts, and participation in ongoing training within a flexible benefits framework.
