Job Summary
Oversee total store operations with emphasis on driving sales performance across Showroom, E-Commerce, and Phones; manage budgeting, reporting, and trend analysis to identify opportunities; hire/train/promote associates and lead the senior management team to set strategy and drive execution; negotiate vehicle purchases and pricing with Sales Consultants, appraise trades, manage inventory and controllable expenses, and ensure high levels of customer and employee engagement through feedback and performance reviews; requires college degree in business-related field and 3+ years automotive management experience; opportunity for management advancement within Morrie's.
Required Qualifications
- College degree in Business Administration, Business Management or a Related Field preferred
- 3+ years of automotive management experience
- Proven track record in desking and closing deals
- CDK system experience preferred
- Multi-task in a high energy, fast-paced work environment
- Speak, listen, and write effectively in dealings with customers and associates across departments
- Read, interpret, and transcribe data in order to maintain accurate records
- Make independent judgments regarding critical business decisions
- Identify business opportunities and suggest improvements
