The role requires overseeing staffing and training, monitoring performance, administering factory programs, promoting new and used vehicles, and ensuring budgetary adherence, with responsibilities spanning staffing, performance management, promotions, and reporting.
Required Qualifications
- NADA Salesperson Certification
- State Sales License
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- two to four years related experience or training; or equivalent
- four to ten years related experience or training; or equivalent
