Job Summary
Execute established sales processes to achieve revenue targets by managing the full sales cycle, including consulting, closing, and customer retention. Deliver engaging product consultations to convert leads, educate clients on laser hair removal treatments, and promote packages using persuasive value propositions. Analyze sales data and KPIs to identify growth opportunities, coach team members to peak performance, and foster strong client relationships through proactive referrals and financing options. Utilize computer systems to track sales performance and manage day-to-day operations while maintaining discretion with confidential information.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a commission driven environment
- Proven track record of exceeding established sales goals and leading top-performing teams
- Exceptional consultative selling, negotiation, and closing abilities
- Strategic thinking and ability to anticipate client needs and provide proactive recommendations
- Ability to mentor and manage a team of two to five employees to peak performance
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Strong active listening skills
- Comfortable using various computer systems and software
- High school diploma or GED equivalency
- Discretion with confidential information
- Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
