Job Summary
Sales Manager responsible for guiding clients through laser hair removal sales processes, creating tailored treatment packages, driving revenue growth, and leading a small team to peak performance. Responsibilities include delivering engaging product consultations, promoting treatment packages with persuasive sales techniques, leveraging data and KPIs to identify opportunities, coaching team members, maintaining strong client relationships, handling financing options to drive sales, and ensuring world-class customer service. Requires 2+ years in a commission-driven environment, leadership capability for a team of 2–5, and strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills; a high school diploma or GED is required with a Bachelor’s degree preferred. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a commission driven environment
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and leading teams

- Mentor and manage a team of two to five employees
- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Proficient with computer systems and software
- High school diploma or GED equivalency; Bachelor’s degree preferred
