Job Summary

Responsibilities include delivering engaging product consultations, promoting treatment packages with persuasive sales techniques, leveraging data and KPIs to identify opportunities, coaching team members, maintaining strong client relationships, handling financing options to drive sales, and ensuring world-class customer service. Requires 2+ years in a commission-driven environment, leadership capability for a team of 2–5, and strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills; a high school diploma or GED is required with a Bachelor’s degree preferred.
