Job Summary
Sales leadership role focused on growing and developing the UK Mid-Market sales team for Reddit. Responsibilities include defining the playbook and sales strategy to drive revenue growth from Mid-Market Services clients in the UK, building a high-performing sales culture, mentoring and coaching sellers, leveraging industry relationships with key decision-makers, staying current on industry trends to identify new opportunities, partnering with Marketing to drive product launches and communications, collaborating with Sales Ops and Finance to align targets with the strategic plan, representing Reddit in the UK market at industry events, and leading broader EMEA Mid-Market projects to scale processes.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in digital media sales
- Minimum 2 years of sales management experience
- Experience with direct advertiser sales including negotiations and management of strategic partnerships
- Proven experience upleveling sales partnerships by accessing C-level client stakeholders
- Expertise in showcasing industry-wide leadership ability
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Demonstrated career progression in prior roles
