Job Summary
Lead multi-layered sales teams in the Off-Trade channel; develop and execute strategic sales plans, budgets, and forecasts; monitor performance and drive market share; coach Field Sales Managers; collaborate with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain; analyze data to generate actionable insights; manage channel strategies and regulatory compliance; travel as needed; bachelor9;s degree in Business Administration or Economics; 10+ years of sales experience (preferably FMCG); 5+ years of people management; strong leadership and stakeholder management; data-driven decision making; English fluency; valid driver9s license.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor9s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience (preferably in FMCG)
- Minimum 5 years of people management experience (including managing managers)
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities
- Digital literacy and proficiency in MS Office tools
- Fluent in English
- Valid driver9s license
- Willingness to travel
