Job Summary
Coach salespeople on standard methodologies for closing deals and provide mentorship to improve sales performance. Set sales goals, track progress, and lead the team to achieve and exceed quotas. Assist customers in selecting vehicles by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses. Perform high-quality, professional presentations and demonstrations of new and used vehicles. Provide ongoing training and support to the sales staff while assisting in closing deals. This Full Time role includes some Saturdays and offers a draw plus percentage compensation plan.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Full Time to include some Saturdays
