Job Summary
Sales Manager responsible for managing and coordinating the sales and marketing of flour products, serving as a liaison between customers and internal teams to drive growth, maintain pricing and contracts, prospect new business, monitor market trends, travel to customer sites and industry events, and collaborate cross-functionally with operations, logistics, and co-product sales teams. Must leverage strong communication and relationship-building skills to understand customer needs, develop sales strategies, and support performance metrics and reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Business or related field preferred, or equivalent industry experience
- Minimum of 5 years of sales and customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Understanding of manufacturing, milling, or related industries preferred
