Job Summary
Sales Manager responsible for cultivating and closing customer opportunities in landscape and outdoor living sales, overseeing projects from start through completion, and driving enhancements and services. Responsibilities include responding to qualified leads, preparing RFPs, creating client presentations and landscape proposals, executing contracts, scheduling and conducting meetings, coordinating with a Landscape Designer, using CRM to manage the sales pipeline, collecting signed documents and deposits, maintaining client communication throughout projects, collaborating with internal teams, and participating in trade shows and sales events. Requires strong sales, negotiation, customer service, and communication skills; ability to work some evenings and Saturdays; willingness to travel locally; intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office; and 5+ years of relevant sales experience in residential landscape/outdoor living. Aspires software experience is preferred. Potential for travel within the local area.
