Job Summary
Lead the Sales Department to meet or exceed target volumes through strategic, solution-based selling. Responsibilities include forecasting, setting sales quotas and budgets, developing campaigns and programs to attract and retain customers, assigning territories, mentoring and training staff, delivering compelling sales scripts, conducting market analyses, and collaborating with internal and external clients to drive growth. Requires strong analytical, budgeting, project management, and communication skills, with travel as needed. Regular on-site presence in Whittier, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales or related field
- 8+ years progressive sales experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years in a leadership role (direct or indirect)
- Periodic/Occasional travel either locally, nationally, and/or internationally may be required
Desired Qualifications
- MBA or Master’s degree preferred
- Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s) preferred
- 5+ years in a leadership role (direct or indirect)
