Job Summary
Sales Manager (Mat Leave) at BNP leads a sales team to exceed targets, overseeing forecasting, CRM management, and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing and Leadership. Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
- Proven ability to forecast, plan, and achieve ambitious sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of coaching and motivating high-performing teams.
- Experience managing and optimizing CRM systems (such as BT, HubSpot) and maintaining data accuracy.
- Experience managing multi-stage sales pipelines and leading teams within a consultative or project-based sales environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities effectively.
- Collaborative approach to working cross-functionally with Marketing, Client Experience, and Leadership teams.
- A passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and building strong client relationships.
- Familiarity with the natural playground, recreation, or education sector is an asset but not required.
