Job Summary
Sales Manager role accountable for proactively soliciting and handling sales opportunities, leading day-to-day sales activities, and building long-term, value-based customer relationships to achieve sales objectives. Responsibilities include collaborating with off-property sales channels, generating proposals and contracts, conducting sales calls and entertainment (FAM trips, trade shows), developing relationships to expand the customer base, managing turnover to Event Management, and understanding market trends to maximize revenue while delivering service excellence and strong guest relations. Required Qualifications
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 3 years experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area.
- 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 1 year experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area.
