Job Summary
Lead and develop a high-performing enterprise sales team focused on inbound motion and growth of existing accounts; recruit, hire, and develop Account Executives; coordinate with sales, operations, and marketing to optimize processes and lead generation; monitor and motivate team, manage CRM (Salesforce), track metrics, and provide coaching and development to drive above-goal performance; articulate value propositions and ROI to customers, build deep understanding of ideal customers, and forecast revenue. Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), 6+ years in sales with 2+ years in management, ability to work 3 days per week in the office with travel, and willingness to operate in a hybrid environment across Lexington, KY and North Bethesda, MD. This role includes salary range of $72,000-$115,000 plus commission and a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2+ years in a management or team-lead role
- Proven track record with inside sales and new business development
- Experience in planning and implementing aggressive outbound sales strategies
- Knowledge of technical sales and manufacturing is a plus
- Ability to articulate value propositions and ROI to potential customers
- Dedication to providing great customer service and building long-term customer relationships
- Ability to train, develop, grow, and lead a sales team to success
- Must be able to work 3 days a week in our office and travel as needed
