Job Summary
Lead a sales team to achieve established sales targets by developing and implementing business strategies for existing and potential accounts. Manage day-to-day operations and establish strong relationships with key account personnel to support market development and clinical programs. Coach sales representatives on product knowledge, sales techniques, and marketing campaigns. Requires substantial experience in sales management, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Baccalaureate degree (or equivalent)
- Minimum of 5 years relevant sales experience
- Advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years relevant sales and leadership experience
