Job Summary
Build positive working relationships with channel partners to maximize product sales within the customer base and coordinate with them to identify key sales opportunities. Achieve sales targets including ST and SO goals by managing daily sales activities, resolving partner issues, and developing joint marketing business plans. Perform business reviews, analyze PSI data, and create account satisfaction surveys to drive improvements. Maintain sales records and reports while completing retail mapping initiatives. This role requires a native Czech speaker with fluent English and at least eight years of channel account management experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Sales or Marketing
- Minimum 8-years experience with channel account management
- Experience developing comprehensive sales plans
- Excellent understanding of channel trade marketing
- Understanding of ecommerce principles and methodologies
- Strong sales skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Proactive attitude
- Teamwork spirit
- Familiarity with office software - Word, Excel, PPT, etc.
- Team player
- Ability to work under stress
- Never give-up mentality
- Native in Czech
- Fluent English
