Job Summary
Hands-on leadership role managing a team of brokers in P&C insurance, driving sales production, coaching, onboarding new brokers, improving processes, and partnering with leadership on growth strategy. Responsibilities include leading, coaching, and developing brokers; growing overall sales production and team performance; monitoring pipelines, activity, and closing performance; conducting regular sales meetings and performance reviews; establishing accountability standards; driving improvements in sales processes and reporting; and supporting brokers with account strategy and development.
Required Qualifications
- Prior Property & Casualty insurance experience
- Previous sales management or broker leadership experience
- Proven track record in insurance sales and production preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Organized, process-oriented, and metrics-driven
- Ability to coach, mentor, and hold teams accountable
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced growth environment
