Job Summary
Sales Manager responsible for leading sales strategy and pipeline within the logistics technology sector for Madar, a Saudi digital logistics platform. Develop targeted sales plans, manage end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to onboarding, build and sustain long-term partnerships with key accounts, coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver a high-quality client experience, monitor market trends, and provide insights through sales reporting to support planning. Requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 8–15 years of sales experience (software, logistics, or technology services); MBA is a plus. Strong analytical, strategic planning, and leadership capabilities expected, with a focus on delivering high performance and growth in a regional market (Saudi Arabia).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field
- 8–15 years of sales experience, preferably in software, logistics, or technology services
- Master’s degree (MBA) is a plus, especially with a focus on Sales, Marketing, or Strategic Management
- Preferred Professional Certifications (CSP, CPSL, SAMA, CSE) - not required but advantageous
