Job Summary
Sales Manager to support Mabey Hire Ltd’s south west team. Develop, produce and implement sales tactics in line with annual sector-based Sales plans to maximize revenue from existing and new products; promote Standard Pre-Engineered solutions through depot sales desks; produce design briefs for the engineering team for bespoke solutions; develop relationships with new and existing customers to achieve budgeted targets (focusing on 20k+ and national customers); accelerate engagement of Field Engineer/Engineering/General Manager teams across customers; support national/key accounts via local relationships; respond to customer issues to ensure quick, mutually beneficial resolutions; stay informed on new schemes and projects being released and underway via published construction sales leads and industry insights.
Required Qualifications
- Sales experience in a multi-site environment
- Experience of working with Groundworks companies
- Civil Engineering, Construction sector or Plant Hire specifically in Groundworks
- Customer facing experience
- Driving licence required
