Job Summary
Sales Manager responsible for direct gyrocopter sales, conducting demonstration flights as an integral part of the sales process, advising national and international customers, and managing the entire sales cycle from first contact to closing. Represent the brand at customer meetings, events and demonstrations. Must hold a valid ultralight pilot license with medical and be willing/able to fly customers for demonstrations. Requires fluent German and English (French a plus), strong communication and closing skills, and experience selling technically complex aviation products in an international environment. Role is on-site with travel of approximately 20 to 40 percent; includes a dynamic team culture and aviation-focused career trajectory.
Required Qualifications
- Valid ultralight pilot license including medical
- Proven practical flight experience, ideally on comparable aircraft
- Ability and willingness to actively fly customers and conduct demonstration flights
- Proven track record in sales of technically complex products
- Fluent German and English skills
- Additional languages such as French are a plus
- Confident and professional appearance with strong personal presence
- Excellent communication and closing skills in an international environment
