Job Summary
Build your own customer base through active telephone acquisition and targeted consulting, dedicating roughly 80% of initial time to new client development. Serve as the central contact for your account, conducting needs analysis to develop tailored lighting solutions for commercial, industrial, and municipal sectors. Manage the full sales process from proposal creation and follow-up to order execution and delivery oversight. This Direct Sales Manager role covers an entire federal state initially, with opportunities to expand the portfolio systematically. The position offers a monthly gross minimum of 2,800€ plus an unlimited bonus, alongside flexible hours, a mentorship program, and modern technical equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Min. 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Vertrieb, in der Kundenberatung, im Einzelhandel oder im Call Center
- Sicheres und überzeugendes Auftreten sowie ausgeprägte Freude am Kundenkontakt
- Proaktiv, eigenständig und zuverlässig mit einem hohen Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und gängigen digitalen Anwendungen
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch & Englisch Kenntnisse
