Job Summary
Sales Manager (m/f/d) based in Poland or Italy, 100% remote, responsible for building and establishing our company in the target market (Poland or Italy) with in-depth Amazon expertise. Drive advertising strategy, act as a strategic advisor, ensure internal implementation of strategies and maximize customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include client acquisition of brands/sellers on marketplaces like Amazon, relationship management, strategic consulting to develop bespoke Amazon/ marketplace solutions, contributing to sales strategy growth, and market analysis of local Amazon marketplaces.
Required Qualifications
- Proven sales expertise and e-commerce know-how, with track record in acquiring new clients and managing relationships (ideally in Amazon Advertising, agency services or marketplace consulting)
- Native-level proficiency in Polish or Italian, plus excellent English (spoken and written)
- Strong analytical skills to analyze market and performance data (e.g., Amazon KPIs) and make data-driven decisions
- High self-motivation and ability to deliver results independently in a remote-based environment
- Team player with ability to collaborate with operational Amazon specialists and other departments
